It's really a free trade issue...not a currency issue...
The currency problem was caused by the self destructive free trade agenda of Wall Street which essentially stipped the US economy of most of its productive capacity...
To my knowledge this kind of 'elite looting'...has never occurred before in history...
The problem was that AMERICAN CAPITAL became STATELESS...TO WIT: INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL...THANK WALL STREET FOR THAT LITTLE CONCEPT...
Now were are stuck with the consequences... Frankly I don't see a way out...short of a suicidal trade war with China...
The very notion that the US and Chinese Economy are somehow joined at the hip...should be terrifying to any rational person...
But we keep spinning the rational thinking away...
Just look at how Krugman has been marginalized in the MSM....!
