HOW TO AVOID BLOOD CLOTS DURING PLANE TRAVEL...

I ALWAYS REQUEST A SEAT IN THE BACK OF THE PLANE...AND ON THE AILE SO I CAN GET IN AND OUT EASILY WHEN EVERYONE IS SLEEPING ON LONG FLIGHTS...

I GO IN THE BACK AND FLEX MY LEGS AND DO GENTLE SQUAT THRUSTS...SLOWLY IN THE BACK WHERE THE STEWARDESS ARE SITTING...BEHIND THE LAST ROW ... 

THEY MOSTLY KNOW WHAT I'M DOING...AND THEN I'LL JUST STAND IN THE BACK FOR A WHILE TO FLEX MY LEGS...

MOSTLY I SEE OLDER PEOPLE DOING THIS ALONG WITH ME...BUT AMAZINGLY...SOME PEOPLE...YOUNG AND OLD...JUST SIT IMMOBILE FOR 12+ HOURS...!!

I SAW A YOUNGER WOMEN COMPLAIN OF SWOLLEN ANKLES AFTER A FIGHT TO BANGKOK...SO ITS NOT A MATTER OF AGE...

I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY DO IT...!  GENERALLY I DON'T SIT MORE THAT THREE HOURS ON A PLANE WITHOUT MOVING...
