WORKERS OVER 50 ARE UNEMPLOYABLE...

PERSONS OVER 50 ARE MOSTLY UNEMPLOYABLE...

YOUNGER WORKERS ARE PREFERRED....BECAUSE THEY HAVE RECENT SKILL SETS...ARE HEALTHIER ... AND ARE PAID LESS...

YOUNGER WORKERS ARE ALSO NOT A THREAT TO THE OLDER WORKERS WHO HIRE THEM...

IE.. THEY  ARE NOT "OVER QUALIFIED"...AND LIKELY TO WANT TO MOVE UP THE LADDER FASTER...

MOST JOBS TODAY ARE "ENTRY LEVEL"...IE LOW PAID...

SO OVERQUALIFIED OLDER WORKERS ARE A THREAT TO THE "OFFICE POLITICS" IN MANY ORGANIZATIONS...  

BECAUSE THE PECKING ORDER MUST BE MAINTAINED...THIS IS OFTEN CALLED THE "CULTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION"... OR BEING "THE RIGHT FIT"

NO ONE IN A CORPORATION WILL HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS AS SMART,  OR SMARTER THAN THEY ARE...WHO COULD MOVE UP FAST...OR BE RECOGNIZED AS BETTER QUALIFIED THAN THE EXISTING WORKERS...

SO OLDER WORKERS WOULD DO BETTER IF THEY DUMBED DOWN A BIT...AND APPEARED TO BE DESPERATE AND HUMBLED...

ALTERNATIVELY, OLDER WORKERS NEED TO START THEIR OWN BUSINESSES...AND "HIRE THEMSELVES"...  

INSTEAD OF SELLING THEMSELVES FOR WAGES...THEY NEED TO START SELLING A GOOD OR SERVICE...

ITS JUST A DIFFERENT KIND OF SELLING...A JOB BY ANOTHER NAME...  

BECAUSE AT SOME POINT EVERY JOB EXISTS BECAUSE SOMEONE IS SELLING SOMETHING TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION...!

SO OLDER WORKERS NEED TO WORK FOR SALES INCOME...NOT WAGES...

THINK LIKE A WHORE... SELL SOMETHING!

AND JUST.... "GET OVER IT!"
