The yada yada on the markets today makes about as much sense as Dubya's "drop in" to the Baghdad "Green Zone" this morning... It was probably "secret" because if anyone in the New Government had known what was really happening...they won't have shown up! Somehow a "photo-op" with Dubya doesn't seem like the way to make an Iraqi politicians day!
Maybe Dubya will have to use the same "surprise visit" tactic on his Republicans running for Kongress in November...!
