Of course the high gas prices are so depressing that many of the "rich" might have done some "theraputic" shopping...
Because when the rich get depressed they...GO SHOPPING!
When the Walmart customers get depressed they stay home and watch television.
Meanwhile, I'm going to Penney's to see what all the fuss is about....
