If Dubya loses this election, it might very well be because of his tax cuts for the "rich."
Indeed, no less a guru than Bill Gross has called Dubya: "THE PRESIDENT FOR THE RICH."
But, there should be some nuance bulit into the tax code.
WHO ARE THE IDLE RICH? LETS TAX THEM HARD!!
BUT, THE "PRODUCTIVE RICH," WHO ARE REALLY CREATING JOBS AND PROFITS IN THE ECONOMY, SHOULD BE TAXED LESS!
Does Dubya discriminate between the IDLE RICH and the PRODUCTIVE RICH?
I think not.
Let's hope that PRESIDENT KERRY will have a tax policy that seperates the idle rich from those persons who are really USING THEIR CAPITAL PRODUCTIVELY.
And, this notion of abolishing the ESTATE TAX to "save the family farm" is just nonsense!
Most of the BIG ESTATES in the US come from UNPRODUCTIVE STOCK AND IPO FLIM-FLAMING!
THESE PEOPLE DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE THEIR ILL GOTTEN MARKET GAINS PROTECTED FROM THE ESTATE TAX!
IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT THE PROVERBIAL "FAMILY FARM," THEN SAY SO IN THE LEGISLATION. SAY, "FAMILY FARM!"
Not Argi-business. Not Wall Street Flim-Flamers! Not the Trust Fund Bums! (Like Dubya and Kerry! lol.)
And, the cost? Well, how many family farms are really still out there?
ALMOST NONE!
TAX THE IDLE RICH HARE! BUT LET THE "ACTIVE RICH" STAY ACTIVE IN THE ECONOMY SO THEY CAN REALLY "PRODUCE JOBS."
This is doable if the Korrupt Kongress would only try.
Think about it....... Sorry, Dubya.....wrong again!
