Leave it to Dubya's handlers to never miss a trick!
Kerry's statement about Cheney's adult daugher's sexual preference is
crowding out EVERYTHING ELSE about this election.
And worse, it could last for a week! Especially given the brainless
nature of American FLUFF NEWS PROGRAMING, with Matt and Katie, et al!
Kerry's statement was totally without malice and was in response to a
question about gay and lesbian issues during the debate.
WHY DO DUBYA AND CHENEY WANT TO "COVER UP" THE NEWS ABOUT CHENEY'S
DAUGHTER?
PERHAPS BECAUSE, THIS IS "NEWS" TO SOME PEOPLE; SINCE THE
AMERICAN ELECTORATE HAS VERY SHORT MEMORIES, AND TENDS NOT TO BE
ENGAGED IN ANYTHING BUT FLUFF AND "REALITY" PROGRAMING.
And, Cheney's daughter is NOT an outsider. She holds a very high
position in the Cheney re-election campaign.
SHE IS NOT A PRIVATE CITIZEN IN THIS CASE!
SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT THE INNOCENT CHILD BEING ABUSED BY THE
DEMOCRATS!
INDEED, CHENEY'S POSITION ON THE GAY ISSUE IS MORE LIKE KERRY'S, THAN
DUBYA'S. THAT'S NEWS "THE BASE" NEEDS TO KNOW! And remember the
Republicans are the one's who "wanted" this fight.
YET, THE REAL PROBLEM IS THAT THE WORLD IS FALLING APART AS WE SPEAK;
AND DUBYA IS SO DESPERATE TO DIVERT ATTENTION FROM THE COMING GLOBAL
CATASTROPHES!
SO CHENEY'S DAUGHTER'S SEXUALLY WAS FAIR GAME;
BECAUSE OF THE INCREDIBLE POSITION OF THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION TO
AMEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES TO LIMIT THE RIGHTS OF
GAYS IN AMERICA!
Something about people in glass houses throwing stones comes to mind
here. HYPOCRACY MUST AND WILL BE EXPOSED!
SO, THIS IS FAIR GAME! AND THIS IS A DISCUSSION THAT THE AMERICAN
PUBLIC NEEDS TO HAVE.
Now, as a practical matter any constitutional amendment on gay
marriage is DOA as far as passage.
There will likely be a strong common sense approach to this, AND THE
REALIZATION THAT IT IS TOTALLY A STATES RIGHTS ISSUE. And, each
state will handle it, WITHOUT POLLUTING THE CONSTITUTION WITH
SOMETHING AS STRANGE AND SICK AS A HOMOPHOBIC AMENDMENT......
ALAS, UNDER DUBYA THE UNITED STATES HAS BECOME A GLOBAL LAUGHING
STOCK! AMERICAN TOURISTS ARE PRACTICALLY SPAT ON WHERE EVER THEY GO
IN THE WORLD.
THIS IS WHAT BUSH-CHENEY HAS BECOME.
THEIR DESPERATE ATTEMPTS TO FLEE FROM THEIR RECORD CONTINUES APACE.
POSTSCRIPT: I would like to see the Kerry Kamp GO DIRTY on Bush-
Cheney in the final days of this election....just as the Bushies have
been lying their asses off for months. Two can play the twisted
logic game.
WHAT ABOUT DUBYA'S OBVIOUS STUPIDITY? AND ITS CONSEQUENCES FOR
AMERICA.... WHAT ABOUT THE SECRET BOOZE AND DRUG PROBLEM? MAYBE
KERRY SHOULD GIVE DUBYA A TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDICINE SOON? WHY IS
THERE A DOUBLE STANDARD FOR DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS. Have the
Republicans pulled punches and stuck to the "facts?" It's been
one big lie after another! And now they pull this "lesbo flap" out
of the box! It could backfire......and time is getting short.
Well, I suppose, for Dubya, its better than talking about the ongoing
Genocide in Fallujha, for which he WILL eventually be held responible!
