With the dollar now plunging, and the world central banks questioning the dollar, I think that Jeremy Rifkin's book, THE EUROPEAN DREAM should be required reading.
The link below has a longish essay by Rifkin that pretty well sums up his points in the book.
Rifkin feels that the European Dream is the better way to go, but that said there are always problems.
Rifkin feels that the "American Miracle Economy" of the 1990's was nothing but the world's biggest credit card binge! And that it's all coming to an end now.
Call it GLOOM AND DOOM. But, as someone said recently about the Ukraine:
A PESSIMIST IS AN INFORMED OPTIMIST!

Ignorance may be bliss, but it's also a good way to fail.
With the American Dream becoming the American Nightmare for most Americans.....it's time to start thinking about what happens if:
JESUS DOESN'T COME BACK......IN TIME TO SAVE US!
