Rummy was totally WRONG in his answers to the troops in Iraq.
The idea that they should shut-up and stay on message was OK during the campaign season, but now the Iraq disaster continues apace, and Rummy was completely unresponsive with his lame answers to the troops.
Sooner or later we'll all know what really happen in Iraq. But first some troops have to come home, leave the military, and feel free to talk. With the STOP LOSS in effect few soldiers can talk freely, or would dare to!
But, those prison pictures, and the off the cuff comments seem to speak for themselves. The truth will out eventually.
Dubya was right to keep Snow on at Treasury. Because any change now would PANIC the dollar and currency markets which are already in critical condition.
The ongoing dollar debacle saved Snow's job for him! For Sure....
As to the State Department, things are getting dicey. Puttie Putt seems pissed about the role of the West in the Urkraine. Indeed, he seems to be asserting the PUTIN DOCTRINE, which like the Monroe Doctrine says that large countries CAN interfer in the affairs of their smaller neighbors.
The US does it all the time in Latin America! And the last time Russian stuck their noses into Latin America was THE CUBAN MISSLE CRISIS!
COULD THE UKRAINE TURN INTO A MIRROR IMAGE OF THE CUBA CRISIS OF THE KENNEDY YEARS?
IT MIGHT!
And with Dubya and Rummy spinning in the wind in Iraq now....Russia and Putin could make life miserable for Dubya in the middle east!
But don't worry! We've always got our old allies in Old Europe, France and Germany!

What if the "bad guys" win again in the Ukraine? Or worse yet, what if they don't!
Would the US send in troops to enforce "democracy" in the Ukraine?
Like we did for our long suffering and beloved chums in Iraq?
