It pretty much expresses the notion that the US has become a "rogue state" on the issues of torture and human rights.
So, Dubya has consequences!
That is very likely going to be the basic theme of the next four years.
Can the US "survive" another Dubya Presidency?
I'd like to say yes to that. But I'm not sure that delaying The Progressive Agenda for that long will not have serious costs and consequences;
And create long term permanent damage to the US economy and society.
Remember, we live in a world where "Tsunamis" can happen! We know now that things can change forever----overnight!
