Watching Dubya "splain sumpin" to us morons
has the charming naivete of a third grader at "Show and Tell." The only problem being that what is charming in a child is scary and frightening in a President!
One gets the feeling that Dubya still doesn't "get it." And that he will continue with his disasterous policies no matter what......
In Syria, Dubya thinks he has changed the middle east by demanding that Syria leave Lebanon....but to what end? So Israel can invade again, so the Lebanon Civil War can re-start?
And will anyone in the middle east, in Afgahnistan, Iraq or Lebanon ever be truly pro-Israel? Or pro-American....
Or is Dubya merely stirring up old troubles and calling it progress? To that extent, Osama and Dubya are singing from the same hymnal! ----Power to the people of the middle east. But how is this good for Israel or the US? Look at gas prices, and the dollar....?
The point is that Dubya seems to have thought about these important issues so little, prior to becoming President, that his "new discoveries" are really "old hat" to the rest of us.
Whenever Dubya speaks, I get the impression that this is: THE "SHOW AND TELL" PRESIDENT. It's really scary and frightening to think that stupidity on that scale is running the world!
Dubya has taken the US down a blind alley...where disaster is nearly certain, but now he's afraid to admit that he's wrong, (no flip-floppers!)....for fear of being confirmed as being "stupid" or incompetent....and so we continue..... One debacle after another.
