RICE WANTS DEMOCRACY....? BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR

After all, so far, "Democracy" in Iraq and Afganhistan has been...."problematic." To say the least! But I suppose at this point none of us are expected to be too "rational" about the situation.
