It's finally down to "Legislate, or Die."
Congress should act now to provide a VIABLE search regime for foreign ooking persons carrying bulky objects in publics places... THAT would not be a violation of the 14 th Amendment or the Equal Protections Clause...BECAUSE THERE IS A COMPELLING STATE INTEREST IN WARTIME SECURITY MEASURES THAT MAKE THE "GROUPING" NOT UNREASONABLE AT THIS TIME.
