If declaring victory and bugging out are important in Iraq,
Bush could always point to the Kurds and Shia as success stories.
The new oil-rich Kurds and Shia are not complaining... The Neocons did them a great favor.
Iraq is now divide in three parts.
Kurdistan. Iran in Iraq. and Syria in Iraq...
So who'se complaining? The OCCUPATION ITSELF is the real issue! Somehow, Dubya and the Neocons didn't get the puppet state they were hoping for.
