Clearly, the Iraqi election, which the Shia apparently WON BIG,
will only enflame the insurgency...as Sunnis realize that there is no place for them in Iraq and the goals of the Shia and Kurds are in truth...to seperate into autonomus regions...AND TAKE THE OIL MONEY WITH THEM...
This is simply not a formula for success... And everyone on the ballot seems to want the American occupation to end...YESTERDAY. The American "puppets" Chalabi and Allawi...got only small percentages of the electorate...and in Chalabi's case fractional single digits!
Amazingly, the US "allies" after the new government is formed could be the Secular/Socialist Sunnis! T
The very ethnic group that the US military has been aiding the Shia in "ethnic cleansing" from central Iraq and the "Sunni Triangle" around Baghdad since "hostilities stopped."
As a result, the only "way out" for Dubya and the Neocons could be to support a "Re-Batthification in Iraq..."
Which of course raises the question: Why did we invade in the first place...? And could we have had National Health Insurance for all Americans with the 300 Billion blown on Dubya's obsession with Saddam...?
