But with the US being the WORLD'S BIGGEST DEBTOR NATION...surely we are going to have to provide something for our creditors to "buy" with their massive DOLLAR HOARDS!
We've sold off the family jewels in real estate before...and "repossessed" them later, but now our creditors want more. They want our "means of production"...and the "brand names" that go with them...indeed, China recently bought IBMs computer brand.
If China, India, and the Araby oil barons ever get sick of just investing in US Bonds... The end of Jim Crow "Whites Only" Globalism could be forced on Washington! Alas, Free Trade is not just for blue eyed blonds!
