The only way to end the Chaos
caused by Dubya's ill-fated invasion of Iraq is to PARTITION IRAQ into it's three constituencies...and call in UN peacekeepers...hopefully from the Muslim world...until things settle down...
Let the Americans have the Kurdistan sector so they can satify Turkey..and guard the beloved northern oil fields...
