Condi's might as well stay home...rather than make it look like she's going to the middle east to get her marching orders from Israel...
The US has lost ALL CREDIBILITY in the middle east--as a negotiator for peace...or anything else.
All Condi will accomplish is to put an exclamation point behind the US support for Israelis killing of Arabs and Muslims by any means necessary.
I would not be surprised if these events resulted in a NEW ARAB OIL EMBARGO against the US and Israel in the very near future.
The Arab Street is at a boiling point...and for that matter so is the Street in Euroland and Asia and Africa...!
The US has adopted the sick Israeli attitude that it is not enough merely to defeat your enemy, you must also humiliate him in the process... Israel is treating Lebanon as if it were the West Bank and Gaza...which is their personal protected killing field for Muslims. The Americans have Iraq...for their torture and humiliation "experiments."
Right now, Condi is heading for the insults and abuse of every nation she visits...except Israel. The Saudis won't kow-tow to Condi...neither will the Palestinians. Condi should stay home until she has something constructive to say. Because her current mojo of "Bombing for Peace" just doesn't made it!
If Dubya and the Religious Right are planning to cause the "end times" in the last years of Dubya's Dismal Presidency...they are right on schedule.
