Thank God the NYT is a "pay service" now, and few people can read Friedman's increasingly out of touch propagandistic nonsense.
It's so sad...he could have contibuted greatly...but now he's just part of the problem.
David Brooks is more logical and sensible than Friedman these days. The Times should really consider dumping Friedman...and let Joe Lieberman write in his place! Friedman is tired and tapped out.
Or better yet get someone who is still trying to make sense of things... Without that effort, who wants to waste time reading propaganda and out of touch twaddle...!
We already have Ken Mehlman and Bill Kristol for that!
No wonder the Times is "downsizing"...!
