Plans to surround Baghdad with trenches is just one more screwball scheme to come out of the Bush Administration... It clearly shows that we are at the end game now...likely the Iraq Adventure will end immediately after the new Democratic President takes over in 2009...
That' s a long wait...but in historical terms it's doable.
