Unless someone starts coming up with explanations quickly... This tainted spinach debacle could start to look like food terrorism... It has all the hallmarks that Osama likes...it's quick, cheap and potentially very disruptive.
We need an expanation in the next few days...if it is "merely" dirty equipment or handling proceedures THAT should not be that hard to find... Or has the Bush Tax Cuts even gutted the food safety programs...?
