AND OF COURSE INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL'S NEVERENDING QUEST FOR CHEAPER LABOR...
Bush has about as much chance of controlling nuclear technology as he does of controlling Jet Engines or FM radio or other "1940's technologies."
The problem that Bush had with the Non-Proliferation Treaty was that the Treaty ASSUMED that the current nuclear powers would act responsibly with their weapons...so other nations would not need to develop these weapons.
But the various Bush and Neocon provocations...like "pre-emptive war" and their illegal invasion in Iraq...have gutted the spirit of the treaty to the point where anyone that the US (read Israel) opposes...had damn well better have The Bomb!
ANOTHER BUSH GEOPOLITICAL FAILURE FOR AN ALREADY DISMAL PRESIDENCY.
AND HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS "DEVELOPMENT"...WELL LETS JUST SAY THE STOCK MARKET WILL STILL RALLY WILDLY TODAY...PER USUAL.
