The Good News is that the Dow is at a nominal "record" high...and the Dow has been going up for the last couple of months...
The Bad News is that the Dow is just about the only thing that's going up... !
That is a slim reed to lean a new bull market on...
In fact the total lack of hype around this "new high" seems to belie the entire Dow rally as a fluke...soon to be reversed...perhaps after the election in November.
But between now and November...it's all happy talk, all the time on Wall Street and in Washington.
