BUSH HAD BEST JUST LIMP THROUGH THE REST OF HIS LAME DUCK PRESIDENCY WITH AS LITTLE FANFARE AS POSSIBLE... BECAUSE AFTER HE'S OUT OF OFFICE THE HUE AND CRY FOR WAR CRIMES TRIALS WILL PROVIDE PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXPLANATIONS AND EXCUSES.
THE NEOCONS SHOULD BE PLANNING THEIR POST-WHITE HOUSE WAR CRIMES DEFENSE STRATEGY...AND LEAVE THE UN ALONE FOR THE DURATION.
