Why not force the Iraqis to make a "plan" for Iraq...
After all it is their country...and they were living there for a few thousand years...before Dubya and Rummy invaded and occupied them on false pretenses!
This really isn't rocket science once you give up the notion of stealing their oil...!
And also accept that the US government has "enabled" the Shia and the Kurds to assert their independence. If the Shia and Kurd empowerment was not the goal then the Neocons where not thinking about the aftermath. If Shia and Kurd empowerment was the goal...then we can leave anytime... WE HAVE "WON" GET USED TO IT!
