One of the big problems in the US today is that all "news" is really special interest propaganda.
There is almost no concept of the "public interest"... The public interest in the US has been reduced to Gay Bashing...and remarks about "morals"...and this coming from a nation that is guilty of the worst war crimes in Iraq and elsewhere...
The entire focus of American news is to keep the public in favor of the Zionist agenda in the middle east...and the Wall Street/International Capital agenda in the domestic economy...
The distortions of fact and reality that are necessary to achieve this are truly amazing...
Nothing is really true in the US now...everything is spun by the government and the media to achieve a certain result...
Curiously that result is TOTALLY against the best interests of the average American... The "Jesus Bit" worked for a while...but now even that is starting to lose it's effectivness on the less intelligent people who tended to vote against their best interests and with the Republican/Greed Party...
Dubya is the lamest of lame ducks... But will things really be "allowed" to change under the Democrats...if they are part of the "system" that has decayed to this present dismal state...?
