The jobs number is totally predictable... Here are the "givens."
1. It will beat expectations.
2. All the "positive" sectors will be about equal in the number of "jobs" created... For example the top three sectors will have numbers like: 23, 27, 24. Or 32, 29, 27. These will usually be in: Health Care, Professional Services, Leisure and Hospitality, and sometimes Government.
3. The decliners will be manufacturing and construction...and recently retail...as the tapped out and topped out American consumers shun stores...especially Home Depot, Lowe's and Walmart.
So it's easy to predicted the trends in the jobs big lie...the real trick is to predict the order of magnitude of the BIG lie from month to month...
The "acceptable" range for the lie is usually...say 68,000 to 149,000...these are numbers that won't be questioned...it's neither boom nor bust...so NONE of the nation's docile MSM market writers will "question" anything.
The sad truth is that if you are a real person out there looking for a living wage job these days....? With perhaps real health care benefits....?
FUGGITABOTIT!
P.S. Oh...the jobs lie this month...I think about the same as last month...because what difference does it make...its really just another "rally point" du jour for Wall Street anyway...
Lets say: 128,000 for this month...and a big Dow rally following?
Because happy daze are ALWAYS queer again!
