The Koreans aren't blowing up Americans every chance they get...
I'd suggest that the Vietnam Model is more apt...and will likely be the way the end game in Iraq turns out...
Bush is desperate to avoid being seen as causing another Vietnam...or worse being seen as a war criminal after he's out of office...
Bush could only pray that the Korea Model will be available to him... But it won't be... This is just wishful thinking on the part of a lame duck president who is in the home stretch of the worst presidency in US history...
