This Dow Chart looks pitifully "managed"...
The hope probably is that the retail suckers will somehow jump in and add new money to this hedge fund generated rally...thus allowing the hedgies to exit with a nice profit...without tanking the market in one day...
Ma and Pa hopefully will provide the hedgie exit strategy with a "cushion" that can be used to distribute to the suckers per usual...without crashing the market.
But I don't think so...not this time...
Today the general public is just not that ga-ga for stocks like they were in 1999...
Today, the average person is watching the gas price...not the Dow !
My hunch is that if the hedgies want this rally to continue they're going to have to make it happen themselves... No help from the retail suckers this time...
Pa and Ma are AWOL on this dismal rally about hyperinflation in their real economy of food, fuel and insurance!!!
