We may have to destroy Afghanistan to save it...!
What NATO is missing is that the Taliban...ARE "the people"or,at least,ARE "of the people!!"
And nothing can change that...no matter how many of them you kill.
And the foreign occupation is the outside force... These people are more than capable of governing themselves as they have for 5000 years...without "help" from Euroland or the US....or the Bush Administration of War Criminals.
Just having a Burger King and offices of multinationals in your cities is not the only reason for living...
This is like when Hitler invaded Poland...to destroy the evil insurgents...and establish a "superior culture" among the degenerate Slavs... Best for all concerned to have simply let the Slavs wallow in their home-grown backwardness...!
