No "normal" person has read the entire Tax Code either...but we still use it...
The "Read the Bill" issue is bogus...someone wrote everything in the bill...to achieve some goal...or handle some issue... Legal language is hard to read...but necessary to make legislation that the courts can enforce on a case by case basis... There are people who do this for a living...and they are expert at it... No...I don't want to wade through all the legalize... But that is not the issue... The issue is what the legalize actually "does"...
Not every part of the bill will apply to every person...but it has to cover a lot of odd issues beyond the scope of most peoples interest...like Indian Reservations, etc...
So you don't have to read all of it...only what applies to you...
The "Read the Bill" ploy is just another Red Herring from the International Capital elites who want to continue the looting...with little cost to them...
And note well: When Goldman Sachs needed 12 Trillion in "welfare" dollars to "re-inflated" the stock bubble ... None of these health care bashers and critics said anything...
