Example...Beck says that Woodrow Wilson was the "evilest" president...because Wilson's wife would assist him in signing laws passed by Congress after Wilson had his stroke in the latter days of his presidency...
So according to Beck...Wilson was "evil" for needing assistance after his health issues had limited his mobility and use of his arms...
