TOO MUCH HARVARD LAW ON COURT...?

Probably...

It should be remembered that law is not quantum physics...or theoretical math...where you need the "top minds" to even start figuring things out...

Law is really not that complex... Law is more a "social world view"...

Law is just not that "hard" that's why so many lazy students go into it...! They just didn't want to take Calculus and Statistics in College...!

The Constitution and the Courts are social organizations...not scientific labs...despite the absurd notion on the radical right that judges must mystically "find the law" ....And not "make the law..." Which is just Bullshit..

Judges make the law everyday in the courts...and about 70% of judges are TOTAL ASSHOLES!

If you know what I mean by that...no further explanation is needed... If you don't...well, you wouldn't understand anyway....!

If the court is packed with Ivy League intellectuals...you get a certain slant... Perhaps elitist...perhaps leftist interventionism...perhaps too "upper crust" and privileged...

None of this elitism is good for the public at large...

I would like to see more political people appointed to the court...perhaps even someone from the ranks of practicing lawyers...perhaps even from the heartland...and some of the "lesser" law schools...

The problem with the Ivy League...is that it tends to be a self perpetuating elite...either by brain power or by birth...but seldom by competence.

Once Lvy Leaguer...you have it make for life...no need to work or think after college... This is a dangerous mindset...

You just coast...mostly on your prior laurels...and supposed merits. Can the "Birth of an Asshole" be far behind...?

Elites are like that...and that elite mindset can be dangerously out of touch with ordinary people...those down the social/academic pecking order...

Like say mere graduates of Stanford Law...or UCLA Law...!
