With poverty though the roof...and the concentration of wealth at the top at unheard of levels... Who else are you going to tax...except the looters?
The Rich profit mightily from the massive Federal Government spending on Medical Care via Medicare, Medicaid and Veterans, Wars and Aircraft, Roads and Highways, and huge FED support for bailing out and holding up the financial markets... Eg...the Plunge Protection Team at the Treasury Department.
Remember the Rich are rich not because they "work hard"...but rather because they have other people working hard for them...and they have tapped into certain areas of the economy that are subsidized by the government...ie by the taxpayers...!!
Those who benefit from the current system...(and often are looting it!)...should pay more into the system that supports them so well...
As far as the working fools out there in fly over country...who have been duped by Fox into supporting the Wall Street looters...?
They have nothing to tax...unless you can tax stupidity...then they would be in the top tax brackets...!
