The US economy is structurally damaged...and will not recover...
Some "new normal" may be achieved...but there will be no return to the Bubble Daze that allowed Wall Street to disguise the mass movement of living wage jobs off shore...
The notion that "small business" will save us is pure nonsense... Small Business in the US always worked to supplement Big Business and Big Government...as service providers...but not as stand alone sustainable entities...
In short...you can't have small business without big business... When the Factories closed the bars and restaurants were NEVER FAR BEHIND...
I really resent this BIG LIE that is being pushed on the public...that somehow a bunch of small businesses will save America...while the big corporations move production jobs off shore...
All the dynamism is now in Asia...Asia is not "emerging" Asia has emerged...!!
The slow starvation of the West...America and Euroland will kick into high gear in 2011...and beyond...
Frankly there is no salvation for America with the Global Economy in its current configuration... And to "re-configure" the Global Economy would require passing through a major global depression...which the public is also not ready for...
