Basically anyone who 'suddenly' needs a hand gun...probably has some sort of psychological problem...perhaps some kind of rage fantasy...or suicidal tendencies.
Currently some want to allow guns on college campuses...!
Where kids are often going through major psychological traumas as they enter the real world ... and move away from their families...and the support that they had at home.
Many serious psychosis only manifest themselves in young adults between 16 and 25...these are prime years for psychotic episodes in the young...
By allowing guns on college campuses and in schools...America seems to be spiraling into a terminal madness...
