This "judge shopping" in poor Red Neck Red states to keep the American people uninsured is all nonsense...
It is sad that the Red State Federal Courts have become political hacks for the Fox viewpoint....maybe they are bucking for a TV segment on the Crying Couch at Fox...!

The law is constitutional under a number of different theories...allowing the uninsured to loot the State and Federal treasuries...for their "free" ER health care...is CLEARLY an Interstate Commerce issue... In fact health care is killing the US economy everywhere...and that is an Interstate Issue...
All this nonsense about "forcing people" to buy broccoli and wheat is absurd... Right now...the uninsured are "forcing" the insured to cover their hospital bills...and that is causing huge financial consequences nationally...and across state lines...as the uninsured SHOP for states that have better coverage for the uninsured...
Everyone who is uninsured should move to Mass...to take advantage of RomneyCare...!
