Wisconsin is broke for the same reason the Banks went broke...
The US economy was ...and still is ... based solely on serial asset bubbles...

The only difference between Wall Street Banks and Wisconsin...is that the FED printed Trillions of dollars to support the Investment Banks...and to bring back the bubble on Wall Street...
Alas much of that newly printed money "sloshed" into Oil..! OPPS...!
Wisconsin did not get the same deal that Wall Street got...
Basically nothing was learned in 2008... We are heading for another crash... The best the FED could buy for their Trillions...was a small bubble in Stocks...not much else...
More collapses in local and state governments...and in business...are on the way...
Whats left of American business...which is mostly very very big mega-banks and huge International Corporations...that are mostly off shore now where their factories are...
But the International Looters were all bailed out ...and now are back looting again...
Government and unions are not the problem...
Looting by International Capital is the problem...
