Thrift stores are booming...!
Its not just the poor anymore in the thrift stores...
Locally there are very expensive cars in the parking lots of thrift stores...many belong to foreigners who are making big money in the US ...but still like the "old fashion" way of shopping in the bazzars and marketplaces of their home country...
Many foreigners are used to being thrifty and they continue that pattern long after they have become well off...
Actually many Americans are too poor to "shop" anywhere now... They mainly pick up junk and dumpster dive...to get their "stuff"...
