The American Economy is structurally damaged...and it can't be repaired...OR STIMULATED...in a way that solves anything... In short...you can't jump start an engine...if there is NO ENGINE under the hood...
THE ENGINE IS IN CHINA...WALL STREET AND THE MULTINATIONALS PUT IT THERE...WHILE WE WERE CHASING PRETTY BUBBLES IN THE AIR...
