The ancient Islamic notion of Jihad...and the US Military Industrial Complex...and the formation of Israel at the expense of the Palestinians...have combined at just the right time to create the current situation...
Very likely young Muslims want to join the modern world...but as long as Americans keep bombing them...the old guard and the Mullahs will have a good argument for doing Jihad...
STOP THE OCCUPATIONS...SETTLE THE WEST BANK...AND VERY LIKELY JIHAD WILL BECOME AN HISTORIC NOTION FOR MOST MUSLIMS...
That said...the migration of Muslims into Europe and America...because of the failure of the birth rate in the West...could create a culture clash...JIHAD OR NO JIHAD...
We have a bit of that happening now...as the DECLINE OF THE WEST CONTINUES...with no end in sight...
The current debt debacle is only one part of the continuing story of Western Decline...just another nail in the coffin...
