CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE EXPLAINED...

Circumstantial Evidence is OFTEN more believeable than direct testimony...

Consider a hypothetical:

A man is sitting on a park bench in the snow...the snow is totally undisturbed and smooth in front of him...

Ten minutes later...with the man still sitting there... there are dog tracks in front of the bench where he is sitting...but the man swears he never saw a dog walk by...

THE DOG TRACKS ARE MORE CREDIBLE THAN THE DIRECT TESTIMONY OF THE MAN...!
