Best yet...I don't think the states would pass the amendment... They know that in hard times the Federal Government and its printing press...is their Sugar Daddy...!
Why would the states want to freeze the ability of Washington to handle economic policy in times of crisis? ...and put Washington on the same level as the local school board which can not print money or set international trade policy...
