There should be someplace in the Mississippi state capital for poor women to "dump" their unwanted and unsupported children...
I suggest that Republicans in Washington set up a "baby drop" location outside the Speakers Office where poor Washington women can drop off their unwanted infants...
The "Infant Drop Zone" could have a person there to recieve the infant...or...with recent budget cutting... just a slot where the infant could be inserted into a holding area...like a large mail box...which could be checked hourly for new arrivals.
This would prevent women from putting their infants in dumpsters...or just abandoning them...or worse selling them to very unstable people.
And...an "infant drop zone" may stop the recent rash of infanticides or "disappearances"...that are featured on Fox and other networks lately...
Just a modest proposal really...how else can the poor and less educated deal with kids they can't support...?
