The program for Solyndra was IN PLACE...before Obama took office... He merely used it to push the clean energy agenda...which was bi partisen until Obama took office...
Republicans seem to be basing their entire election strategy on being able to sell "half truths" on Fox News...to the exclusion of all other news outlets...
That may not work in a general election where the major networks...who are more truth oriented...have a bigger role...
Fox is preaching to their right wing choir...mostly low income less educated people...and that works great during the primaries... But the general election is a different game entirely...
THEN...the "half truths" and "Gingrich style" lunatic rants...will seem crazy and not taken seriously... As some have noted...Republicans are scared stiff of their "Crazies"...
And oddly at least some of the Republican candidates remaining...seem more interesting in "being on TV" for publicity purposes ...than in actually "winning" the election ...whic everyone now seems to be a given for Obama to win at this point... Even Fox is now talking negative about the chance for Republians taking the Presidency...
But the general election will not be decided by the Crazy Wing of the Republican Party...!
