Just the notion...accepted on Fox and with Republicans...that "only smart people" are Progressives...would be a clue that something is twisted in Republican thinking...
Frankly...I don't suppose there is much thinking on the right...its just something at a gut level that makes people want to ignore reality...
Of course a lot of them believe in angels...! So you can't expect much...
Republicans and Fox Types need a 12 step program to get out of their "self loathing"...
I'd suggest Self Hating Fox Republicans...turn off Rush and FOX and start listening to NPR JUST for ONE week...
Also...get up early on Saturday and try MSNBC's "UP WITH CHRIS HAYES"...its only the best "reality based" policy show on Cable today...
Try it...just for a while...
Yes Yes...I know its 'not you"...you "need the hate" of Others "not like you" to feel good about yourself...
