My hunch is that no democracy will opt for austerity...when the elites are still bloated with the loot they took during the Bubble Years...
People simply will not vote to make themselves poorer...and the International elites richer...
The argument to cut of the "other guys" food stamps...is just not rational... Starvation is not an option.... There is going to be a Welfare state needed no matter who is in office...
My preference is for Romney...at least as a Republican he won't have to "make sense"...
