Remember...Romney is not only going to off-shore ONLY Black Folks jobs...many of those jobs are not "off-shorable" being in the service sector...
And there are not SEPARATE BUT EQUAL Food Stamp Programs...and Social Security Checks do not indicate "black person" on them...?
