He never says how he would solve anything...
Perhaps Romney's solution to "So many people on Food Stamps"...is ABOLISH FOOD STAMPS...!!
Or try this : Lay off more government workers, teachers, cops, building inspectors...?
Or send more factories to China...WHY STOP NOW...??
Or...Hell...just cut government contracts to businesses...for infrastructure or reasearch! NOT Defense though...!
