I blame video games...and the digital culture...
Many older people can't relate to the generation that was raised on violent video games...
Society provides "games" to children so they can be socialized to their coming life as adults... Girls often got dolls... Boys got things like cars, trucks and guns... OK that was then...and the guns were often part of the war culture...
But video games take violence to a whole new level....
Shooting someone becomes simply a form of "self expression"... a means to "get to the next level"....to achieve your goals...
Movies have become more graphic recently as well... And then there is the NRA...
The point is.... Maybe these "Mass Shooters"....are just a natural result of the American culture...?
Maybe they are normal...! Just following the "cues" that society has provided them...
And American Culture is the FREAK...?
American Culture...plus someone who is somehow devoid of a conscience for whatever reason...
And what do you have..? A Hedge Fund Manager...or a Mass Shooter...!
The common thread in all of these shootings is that none of these shooters thought that they were doing anything wrong...
The exterior world was simply a Matrix...and they were the player...!
ITS ALL A VIDEO GAME...!
